Island Echo Connect – Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Island Echo Connect business directory, located at www.connect.islandecho.co.uk. By submitting a listing or using our directory services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

2. Directory Listings

  • Listings must be submitted with accurate and truthful information.

  • We reserve the right to edit, refuse, or remove any listing at our sole discretion.

  • Listings must not contain offensive, misleading, or inappropriate content.

  • It is your responsibility to keep listing information up to date.

3. Packages and Payments

  • We offer various listing packages, the details of which are available on our website.

  • All package prices are clearly displayed at the time of purchase and are subject to change with prior notice.

4. Auto-Renewal and Payment

  • All listing packages are auto-renewing by default.

  • Your selected package will automatically renew at the end of the listing period (monthly or annually, depending on the package chosen).

  • Payment will be automatically taken using the payment method provided at the time of the original purchase.

  • You will be notified prior to the renewal date with details of the upcoming charge.

  • You may cancel auto-renewal at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting us before the renewal date.

  • No refunds will be issued for partially used periods following a renewal.

  • You can turn off auto-renewal at any time in your account settings

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • You may cancel your listing at any time; however, refunds are not provided for any unused portion of the listing period.

  • If your payment fails or is declined, we reserve the right to suspend or remove your listing.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We do not guarantee the performance or results of being listed in the directory.

  • We are not liable for any loss, damage, or business interruption resulting from use or non-use of the directory.

7. Modifications

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the directory constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
